Costanza Guerrini – Architecture & Design with a focus on sustainability

Costanza Guerrini has fifteen years experience in architecture and design and specializes in green, eco-
friendly and sustainable projects combining function and efficiency in residential, commercial and
hospitality spaces. Based in Los Angeles, California and Florence, Italy, she distinguish herself for her
imaginative design of sophisticated, context-driven buildings and communities, which stand as
expressions of the users and the environment.

 

Costanza earned her MArc2 under Thom Mayne (2005 winner of the Pritzker Architecture Prize) and
subsequently worked at Shubin+Donaldson Architects Inc. designing office spaces and later at Arya
Construction Inc. focusing on residential, schools, offices and restaurant spaces with design budgets
above $10 million.

Thereafter, she led teams of 40+ architects, engineers and subcontractors at
Archissance Design Group in designing several notable restaurants, retail spaces and condominium
projects. She left Archissance to start her own design house, Bravo-Designs, where she works mainly
with residential and commercial real estate investors.
